Registration Details

When processing an order you will be asked to register you details correctly, this is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate.

The collection and storage of personal information registered with Caratti is overseen by our Privacy Policy. Whenever you register your details or purchase from the site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy.

Once you register your details or purchase from this website your details will automatically be added to our email mailing list. You have a right to request your details are not used for marketing purposes. Please contact enquiries@caratti.cc to make such a request and unsubscribe.

Ordering

When you place an online order with Caratti you will be asked to provide your personal and payment details. Our payment provider ‘Stripe’ will then process the payment, checking for fraud in the process. By submitting a payment you agree to give permission to ‘Stripe’ to process these checks.

All prices are shown and orders processed in Great British Pounds (GBP).

Sale Items

All sale items are not eligible for refund, we are happy to exchange or issue a store credit.

From the time that Caratti first run a sale price or discount on a particular item, we are happy to reimburse the difference between the full amount paid and the new sales price. This will only be valid for orders up to 7 days prior to the price change and only if the item originally purchased is in stock at the time of the request.
