Caratti ships all domestic and world wide order Via Royal Mail. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt. UK Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class signed for (Estimated delivery time 2-3 working days). International orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked (Estimated delivery time 14-28 days).

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item please contact enquiries@caratti.cc for more information. We only accept returns within a 30 day period from date of receipt. All returns must be in original packaging and unused unless specified. For hygiene reasons, garments can only be returned if the items are unworn, unless deemed faulty. Customers are responsible for all return postage charges and to ensure safe delivery we recommend using a recorded delivery service. Please try and recycle Caratti packaging where possible.

The right to return goods to us as referred to in the clause above will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used. This does not affect you statutory rights.

Please include a note in your return instructing whether you would like a refund or exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 4 working days of receipt to us.
